Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please call and cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit. If patients fail to cancel their appointment 24 hours prior to their scheduled visit, a cancellation fee will be charged. Thank you for understanding.
